The missing slur in FE (→GE1→GE2) must be an oversight – slurs are present in similar figures both before (bar 361) and after (bars 369 and 371). Therefore, in the main text we include the addition introduced in EE and GE3. category imprint: Differences between sources; Editorial revisions issues: EE revisions , GE revisions |

As before (bars 349-352), in A Chopin writes accidentals only to the top notes of the octaves (in the R.H. and in the L.H.). He then considers these accidentals to be valid throughout an entire bar in all octaves of a given stave. All the omitted accidentals – 27 flats to d and g and 2 naturals to e – were already added in GE1 and were repeated in the remaining editions. category imprint: Interpretations within context; Differences between sources issues: Accidentals in different octaves , GE revisions , Cautionary accidentals , Inaccuracies in A |

The slurs were being corrected in A, which is evidenced by the traces of erasures in the R.H. part and by the shape of the first L.H. slur. In the R.H. in bar 363 the first slur encompassed 2 triplets, while the second one started from g2. In the L.H. the slur in bar 363 reached only the last octave in this bar. category imprint: Corrections & alterations; Source & stylistic information issues: Corrections in A |
