It is difficult to say what the cause for a later beginning of the slur in GE1 and for its omission in GE3 was. In the case of GE1, the compliance between Atut and FE suggests that it is most probably inaccuracy.

It is difficult to say what the reason for a later beginning of the slur in EE was. In turn, an earlier beginning in GE may be related to an inaccurately placed slur in FE, slightly too early, and to a comparison with analogous bar 69.

In GE1 (→GE2), the accent over d3 took the form of a short  mark (long accent?), starting already over c3. In GE3, the inaccurate mark was omitted, although a respective mark in an analogous figure 4 bars later allowed for an easy reconstruction of the correct notation.

The type of accents used in FE at the beginning of bars 162 and 165 is unclear – both marks are clearly shorter than the undoubtedly long accents on the 3rd beat of these bars; however, they are longer than the accents in, e.g. bars 175-176. We assume that local relationships are of a greater importance and we reproduce the accents as short ones. In GE1 (→GE2), the mark in bar 162 is shorter than the one in bar 165, yet it is still shorter than the accents in the second halves of the bars.

The inaccurate slur of FE was interpreted in GE as running from the 3rd crotchet in the bar, which is certainly erroneous, since in all 3 analogous places, the slur begins from the 2nd crotchet, with the entrance of the phrase led in octaves.
