b. 132-136

b. 132

composition: Op. 43, Tarantella

A, FC3 (→FEIE), EE

..

In GE the slur begins on the second beat of the bar. In A the slur is not marked at all due to the abbreviated notation of bars 132-147. In the main text we present the version with the slur beginning where the bar starts.

b. 132-140

composition: Op. 39, Scherzo in C♯ minor

..

In both bars in EE the fifth a sharp-e1 is not separated fromthe entire chord. This may be either a simplified version of the manuscript or the result of its misunderstanding by the engraver.

b. 132

composition: Op. 38, Ballade in F major

Dotted crotchet in A (→FE,EE)

Crotchet without dot in GC (→GE)

..

The missing dot extending in GC (→GE) is most likely a result of the copyist's oversight. The fact of sustaining this note slightly longer than in analogous bars 101 and 107 could have been related to its repetition in the middle of the previous bar.
