In EE2 only a few mistakes of the basis were corrected, repeated after GE1, e.g. the Terzverschreibung in bar 4 or the missing text on the top stave in bar 251.
The above title is on the collective title page, which replaced the initial, individual page of EE1. At the top of the first page containing the music text, there is also another version of this title – Homage [sic!] à Mozart. Introduction et Grandes Variations Brillantes, sur le Duo Célèbre de Don Giovanni.
The dating of EE2 results from the contents of the title page – information after the Annotated Catalogue Online. The copy presented in mUltimate Chopin is slightly later – this version of the title page was used from the end of 1851.
