Chopin changed the slur for the lower voice (a-g) to a slur over the upper voice while proofreading FE1. The latter intentionally pertains probably to the whole R.H. part and therefore to the lower voice as well.

The absence of the tie of g is almost certainly an oversight of the engraver of FE. The tie was added in later GE and EE certainly on the basis of comparison with analogous bar 33.
