EE2 restored the previously overlooked dedication, by placing it on a side over the note text on the first page.
The revisers corrected the majority of the mistakes and inaccuracies present in EE1, generally comparing the notation of analogous bars, i.a.:
- the quaver beam in bar 14 was added
- the overlooked dot extending the crotchet in bar 40 was added
- a ligature in bar 52 was added
- a natural in the written out ornament in bar 39 and analog. 71 was added
- a rest in bar 83 was added
- the overlooked stem in bar 12 was added

in the repetition of bar 9 was added - the slur over the triplet was completed in bar 34
- a slur at the transition between bars 83-84 was added
- a natural was placed in bar 84
- the overlooked rest in bar 85 was added
- a slur in bar 77 was added
- the ending of the slur in bar 69 was corrected
- a tie in bars 66-67 was added
- a natural in bar 65 was added
- an accent in bar 63 was placed
At the same time, a few arbitrary modifications were performed:
- slurs in the L.H. in bars 1 and 10 were added
- an unnecessary natural before the 2nd quaver in bar 76 was added
- the quaver grace notes were changed to semiquaver ones in bar 73
- a slur in the L.H. in bar 54 was added
- rests in the bottom voice in the L.H. in bar 40 were added
Many of the above changes were probably drawn from GE2.
The copy presented in mUltimate Chopin comes from a later impression, endorsed already by the successor of Wessel, the Ashdown & Parry company. The changes with respect to the original impression of Wessel (which the editors of mUltimate Chopin did not encounter) concerned most probably only the details of the cover – above all, the name of the company was updated.
The visible in the presented copy additions performed in pencil are of no source value.
