Continuous slur in FE0 (→FE,FEGGE1)

End of slur in EE & GE2 (→GE3)

..

In EE and GE2 (→GE3) the slur between bars 88 and 89 was broken. In the case of EE, it is hard to state whether it is an inaccuracy or a revision (one cannot even completely exclude Chopin's possible proofreading in the base text to EE). The version of GE2 (→GE3) is certainly a result of a revision. Due to the lack of proof for a later change of Chopin's concept, in the main text we abide by the slurring following from the notation of FE (→GE1), based on [A].

Fifth in FE0 (→→FE1,EE,FEGGE)

Third in GE2 (→GE3)

..

In GE2 (→GE3), at the beginning of the bar, the e-b fifth was arbitrarily changed to a g-b third, most probably following the analogy with bar 95. According to us, there is no reason to suspect a Terzverschreibung in bar 91, as the use of varied two-note chords is justified with a different harmonic situation in bars 90-91 and 94-95. Cf. bar 103.

Octave in FE0 (→FE1,FED,EE)

..

The d1-doctave is the last semiquaver in FE0 (→FE1,FEG,EE). The comparison with analogous bars 231 and 247, as well as bar 99, proves that it is a mistake of FE0, overlooked at the time of proofreading. GE1 (→GE2GE3) has the correct version, with the e1-dseventh.
