Octave in FE0 (→FE1,FED,EE)

The d1-d2 octave is the last semiquaver in FE0 (→FE1,FEG,EE). The comparison with analogous bars 231 and 247, as well as bar 99, proves that it is a mistake of FE0, overlooked at the time of proofreading. GE1 (→GE2→GE3) has the correct version, with the e1-d2 seventh.
