b. 263-264

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt I

No upper slurs in FE (→EE,GE1GE2)

Slurs in GE3

..

The missing slurs over the accompanying quaver figures must be considered to be an inaccuracy in this context. The slurs were added in GE3.

b. 263

composition: Op. 16, Rondo in E♭ major

 in FE (→GE)

 in EE

..

A slightly earlier beginning of the hairpin in EE could result from an inaccuracy or a routine revision.

b. 263

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt III

..

FE is missing a  lowering g1 to g1. The context of the preceding G major scale points to Chopin's oversight, one of a few in this and the next few bars. The accidental was added both in GE and EE. The fact that Chopin heard g1 in the last triplet is supported by bar 265, in which the same motif is used, written in all sources with a  before the respective note.

b. 263-264

composition: Op. 31, Scherzo in B♭ minor

 end of bar 264 in A (→FE,FCGE)

beginning of bar 263 in EE

The  asterisk was shifted in EE, probably under the influence of analogous b. 130-132.

b. 263-264

composition: Op. 31, Scherzo in B♭ minor

..

Just like in b. 131-132, in the main text we keep the notation of the bars filled with rests, used by Chopin in A (→FC) and applied in GE2 too. The changes introduced in the remaining editions, i.e. replacing both bars with one double bar in FE (→EE) and providing the rests with digits, cannot come from Chopin.
