The range of the slur of Atut is unclear – in bar 118 (at the end of the line), the slur clearly suggests that it should be continued, which is, however, not the case in bar 119.

The ties of the e bass note were added, certainly by Chopin, in the proofreading of FE (→GE,EE). In bar 124, opening a new line of text, in FE, there is no ending of the tie from the previous bar, which is a common mistake in the case of ties without influence on the understanding of notation.

An additional tie of e is almost certainly an arbitrary revision of EE. Chopin proofread FE, adding similar ties in the two previous bars; in spite of a minor inaccuracy in the implementation of that proofreading, there is no reason to assume that he then overlooked a tie in that place.

At the beginning of the bar, there is no  raising g1 to g1 in Atut. While writing the fourth consecutive g1, Chopin did not notice that the mark should be repeated in the new bar. The sharp was added already in FE (→GE,EE).

The position of the curved line of Atut, reproduced in FE (→EE), is questionable – it seems that it combines both e notes in this bar. The absence of the curved line in GE1 (→GE2) is most probably a mistake, perhaps caused by ambiguity of the curved line of FE. The curved line added in GE3 could have been an attempt at interpreting that curved line, which is accurate, according to us, also with respect to the curved line of Atut.
