GE2 has the  mark slightly moved to the left. This is the most clearly visible one of the change that occurred in connection with the change of the printing technique in later printing runs of GE1

The sources differ with regard to the form of the beam in the 2nd half of the bar. Both the graphic detail differentiating GE from the other sources (the placement of the demisemiquaver beam) and the easy to correct mistake of FE (→EE) – the last sixth having the value of a quaver  – have no bearing on the interpretation of the text.

No accidental before the 3rd semiquaver of the triplet in A (→GE1FEEE)

 raising f2 to  sharp2 in GE2

..

The version with f2 is possible both from the harmonic and the melodic point of view. However, it seems much more probable that Chopin omitted the  by mistake, as a temporary A major is the key in force in this four bar section.
