The note in GE1 is certainly erroneous: this is evidenced by the proofing - probably Chopin's - of FE, in which the d flat written in A was reinstated. The error was also corrected in GE2.

The dynamic hairpins in A are placed in the second half of each passage written in small notes. In GE (→FEEE) they were lengthened to cover the entire runs with their scope.
