Both versions may be considered as justified here, both from the musical and source point of view. In the version of A Chopin avoids tripling the leading tone g1. The version of FE (→GE,EE) may be considered as accepted by Chopin, who introduced changes, among others, exactly in this bar (pedalling) while proofreading FE. The accompaniment's figure in this version has a similar scheme to the figures in the preceding bar and is identical to the figure used in bar 8.
