CLI has by mistake an A on the 3rd beat of the bar. Probably it was similar also at the beginning of the bar, yet in this situation the copyist realised the mistake and corrected the erroneous note.

In the manuscripts there are no cautionary naturals before the first two semiquavers in the upper voice. In FE (→GE,EE) there is a sign before e2, while in GE and EE4 a  was added also before f2.

In CLI there is no  returning d2 on the 5th semiquaver in the upper voice. It must be a mistake.

On the 4th beat of the bar there is a superfluous  before g1 in the manuscripts (cf. bar 4).

Chopin added a cautionary  before a1 still in the handwritten base text for FE (→GE,EE). In the situation in which the opening phrase of the Etude appears already for the third time, written from a new line of the text, the sign seems to be superfluous.
