A significant part of the differences in the notation of the final chords may be attributed to the errors of interpretation of manuscripts and changes and additions performed by the editors. As a result, it is only the notation in A and EE that differ significantly. However, they also give practically the same sound effect, having regard to the authentic pedalling.

In A the fermata overlaps the slur, which probably contributed to the error of the engraver of GE who interpreted it as a staccato dot. We double the fermata in the L.H. analogously to FE and EE.
