composition: Op. 29, Impromptu in A♭ major

According to us, the beginning of the slur, inaccurately placed in A, includes the 1st note of the motif. In the editions the slur begins a quaver earlier. In EE the slur runs until the end of bar 10 and in GE2 (→GE3→GE4) until the end of bar 12.

Before the last cin the R.H. in A there is a natural written by someone else. The sign was printed in GE1 and deleted in GE2 (→GE3GE4). FE and EE are lacking it.

No sign in FE (→EE1EE2)

..

The lack of in FE (→EE1EE2) results most probably from an oversight of the engraver. There is no visible sign of a hypothetical deletion of the sign during the proofreading of FE. The hairpin added in EE3 is the first from a few revisions of this kind introduced in this edition.
