composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt I

The slur over the semiquaver sequence is present in FE (→GE1→GE2) only in the L.H. In EE, an analogous slur was added for the R.H., which we consider a right revision. The change of markings in GE3 is arbitrary. category imprint: Differences between sources; Editorial revisions issues: EE revisions , GE revisions |

In FE (→EE1,GE1→GE2), the 1st quaver is not encompassed with the octave sign. This patent mistake was rectified in EE2 (→EE3) and GE3. category imprint: Interpretations within context; Differences between sources issues: EE revisions , Errors in FE , GE revisions , Errors repeated in GE , Errors repeated in EE |

The absence of the slur is rather to be considered an inaccuracy – cf. analogous bars 410-411 and 438-439 (a slur, although inaccurate, is present also in bars 414-415). However, one has to point out that in the discussed place the span of the position encompassed with the slur would be the greatest. A comparison with analogous bars most probably also served as the basis for revision in GE and EE2 (→EE3). category imprint: Differences between sources; Editorial revisions issues: EE revisions , GE revisions |

In FE, there is no raising d2 to d2 in bar 434 and d1 to d1 in bar 435. The first of the accidentals is not formally necessary due to the erroneous notation of the sixth at the beginning of the bar, hence it was added only just in GE3 and EE2 (→EE3) along with correction of that mistake. The accidental in bar 435 was added straight away in GE and EE. category imprint: Interpretations within context; Differences between sources issues: EE revisions , Accidentals in different octaves , GE revisions |
