No L.H. slurs in A (→GE)

A slur added in  FE (→EE)

..

The four-bar slur in the left hand part was added in the proofing of FE (→EE). This is almost certainly one of the elements introduced by Chopin in order to make the notation more precise.

b. 66-71

composition: Op. 27 No 2, Nocturne in D♭ major

 in A

added in GE in bar 71

Pedalling in  FE (→EE)

..

In A, the only pedal mark in bars 66-71 is  at the beginning of bar 66. That notation is definitely incomplete, as the next point where the pedal marks appear is the beginning of bar  72 on a new page of the manuscript. In GE, an asterisk  was placed at the end of bar 71, probably added as part of editorial revisions. The complete pedalling for those bars was supplemented by Chopin in the proofing of FE (→EE).

Crotchet stems in A (→GE2) in bar 68

Extended duration of d flat notes begins from bar 67 in FE (→EE)

..

In A, Chopin notated the extended values of d flat notes only in bar 68 (which was overlooked in GE1, and supplemented in #Wn2). In the proofing of FE (→EE) the composer added crotchet stems and dots to five notes, in the manner analogous to  bars 63-65.
