A missing dot over the 1st semiquaver of the 2nd half of the bar is probably due to oversight of the engraver of FE (→EE).

In EE, the slur in the 2nd half of the bar was shortened, its beginning moved by one semiquaver.

In GE, due to lack of free space between the staves, the   mark was  placed partly between the highest notes of the left hand. Because of that, in FE that mark was erroneously placed above the left hand and not under the right hand. The location of the hairpins was later corrected, most probably at Chopin's request.

In EE, accents were arbitrarily added at the beginning of the bar and under the first semiquaver of the triplet on the 3rd quaver of the bar. The reason for that revision was probably to make the markings similar to those in analogous bar 15.
