The copy presented in mUltimate Chopin is lacking in the last sheet, most probably comprising a blank page and an advertising page, including a list of a separate group of B&H publications. Dating and other general pieces of information – see the characterisation of GE3 in the Andante spianato.
GE3 added a few necessary accidentals – 
raising g
2 to g2 in b. 45 and 189 (in the latter it was also the erroneous before the preceding note that was corrected), 
lowering b to b in b. 264. Above all, however, several dozen cautionary accidentals were added, e.g. in b. 19 ( of a2), 26 ( of b and of f3), 157 ( of c2 and c4), 180 ( of e1), 191 ( of b1), 230 and 233 ( of e2, in b. 233 by mistake instead of b. 234).
Certain mistakes were still left uncorrected, e.g. missing accidentals in b. 132 or Terzverschreibung in b. 192.
