The  indication is written in A at the beginning of the bar. In GE1 it was placed between two chords, as a result of which FE (→EE) ascribed this indication to the 2nd beat of the bar. The authentic notation was restored in GE2.

Pedalling in A

Pedalling in GE1

Pedalling in FE (→EE)

Pedalling in GE2

..

In the main text we give the pedalling of A, since the authenticity of the addition introduced in GE1 (→FEEE) is uncertain. The doubts are raised by an inaccurate alignment of indications in this bar, the absence of the  sign in the previous one and a clumsy arrangement of the 1st beat of the bar. If, e.g. a sequence of  signs at the transition between bars 26 and 27 was originally printed as a whole in bar 27 (considering the 2nd quaver to be the beginning of the bar), Chopin could have added only the most sonically striking mistake, which was the omission of the  sign at the beginning of bar 27.
The version of FE, despite being apparently closer to the notation of A than GE1, was most probably forced by the dense arrangement of the text. In GE2 the additional change of pedal was removed, however, the placement of the previous signs was not adjusted.

Dots in A & GE2

No marks in GE1 (→FEEE)

..

Omission of staccato dots under (over) the bass notes is certainly a result of inaccuracy of the engraver of GE1 (→FEEE).

Slurs from 2. quaver in A & GE2

Slurs from 1. quaver in GE1 (→FEEE)

..

The slurs in A begin from the 2nd quaver of each half-bar figure (only the slur in bar 31 may raise doubts). It is unclear how the change of their range occurred in GE1 (→FEEE): in the case of a few of them one may assume extension of slurs in print (adding slurs in the 2nd half of bar 31 was a patent intervention). Not being certain whether the changes were performed in consultation with Chopin, in the main text we preserve the slurring of A (restored in GE2).

This time (cf. bar 10) the flat overlooked by Chopin in A was added already in GE1 (→FEEE, →GE2).
