The engraver of GE did not notice the c1 notes on the 3rd and 5th quavers in A and he placed the written before the 1st of them before e1. Chopin corrected this mistake in FE (→EE), however, the unnecessary remained in all editions except for GE2. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Errors in GE , GE revisions , Authentic corrections of FE , Uncertain notes on ledger lines |

The rhythmic notation of the majority of the sources is incorrect, since the group has only 8½ semiquavers. Therefore, it is most probably a mistake of the engraver who, presumably, added a beam almost "automatically" (in similar situations it is the figures in which the note after the rest is shorter than the previous that appear more frequently). Cf. a similar situation in bar 81. The mistake was revised in GE2 after A and arbitrarily in EE3 (the latter is still erroneous, since the group has, contrary to the indication, only 8 semiquavers). category imprint: Differences between sources issues: EE revisions , Errors in GE , GE revisions |

An additional staccato dot on the last note of the bar is most probably a result of a mistake of the engraver of GE. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Errors in GE |

Extending the hairpin to the end of the bar in GE (→FE→EE) is a typical example of a routine interpretation of this kind of signs by Breitkopf's engravers. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Inaccuracies in GE |
