GE omitted the  sign. It resulted from a misreading of GC – the sign is written there so negligently that it can be mistaken for a  indication (see one of the earlier notes). Curiously, The error was overlooked by GE2 – it neither added a  sign nor removed the  placed later in this bar.

FE has an G1-F seventh as the 2nd quaver. The mistake was not noticed in any of the proofreadings, it was, however, corrected in EE, which could have been performed by the reviser. GC (→GE) features the correct text.
