In GC the second lowest note of the R.H. chord is written imprecisely (too low), so that GE1 (→GE2) read it as a1 instead of b1. The error was corrected in GE3.

In FE the slur in the middle voice breaks at the end of line (in bar 115). GE overlooked the entire slur, despite an unambiguous and clear notation of GC.

A and FE have a cautionary  before the upper note of the octave at the beginning of the bar. In the main text, we also give a  next to the bottom note. In the remaining sources there is no  before the octave – probably resulting from an oversight.

The additional tie to d1 results either from a mistake, or from an unconsidered revision by the copyist in GC (→GE) – that note belongs to the first theme of the Ballade, and of course must be played. The lack of ties in FE1 (→FE2) and EE is probably due to the misunderstanding of A. In FE3 the ties were most probably added by a reviser on the basis of A, although we cannot exclude Chopin's participation in this kind of correction.
