Only one page of the manuscript survived; it contains the note text from bar 24 to the end of the piece. Copy performed on decorative sheet music, 6 staves per page. It significantly deviates from the known autographs. The most characteristic elements are minims on the 1st beat in the L.H. (in the autographs they are mostly quavers), dotted rhythm and tied values (in the autographs, double dotted rhythm) in bars 35-36.
