b. 12

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt IV

in A

No sign in GE (→FE,EE,IE)

..

The missing  hairpin could be an oversight or a simplification of notation – the engraver of GE could have considered a third crescendo indication in this bar to be an unnecessary complication.

b. 13-14

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt IV

..

In A Chopin omitted the 5 necessary accidentals to the bottom octave notes, as well as the  to the top note of the last octave in bar 14 (a). All the accidentals were added in GE (→FE,EE,IE).
Similarly in b. 196-197.
Pencil annotations in a foreign hand – see b. 12-14.

b. 15

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt IV

at beginning of bar in A & IE

before e1 minim in GE (→FE,EE)

..

Moving  to the 2nd crotchet in the bar was probably an inaccuracy by the engraver of GE (→FE,EE). According to us, the fact that the mark in IE is placed in accordance with A is due to another inaccuracy, this time by the engraver of IE.
