Principles behind the main text of
the Sonata in C minor, (Op. 4), Mvt I

We take A as a basis, since it is the only authentic source. We correct and supplement numerous obvious errors and inaccuracies.
We standardize the notation of long accents by placing all of them above or below the accented note (cf. characteristic of A), in accordance with the method that definitely predominates in Chopin's manuscripts.
