b. 45-46

composition: Op. 29, Impromptu in A♭ major

..

We give the slur of A (→GE). The slur in FE was led inaccurately – it ends on the 1st chord in bar 46. In EE there is no slur. In comparison with the complete and logic notation of A (slurs in the L.H. are compatible with the phrasing in the R.H.), the slurring in FE and EE in bars 45-50 displays numerous lacks and errors.

b. 46

composition: Op. 29, Impromptu in A♭ major

The clearly long accent in A was recreated as short in GE and FE. In EE the accent was undoubtedly omitted.

The beginning of the slur in EE is unclear. It is probably a result of the imprecise notation of the manuscript (lost), on the basis of which EE was prepared. We consider the interpretation according to the remaining sources as the much more probable one.

We give the slur of A (→GE). FE and EE are totally lacking the slur, which can be considered as an obvious oversight.
