b. 129

composition: Op. 26 No 2, Polonaise in E♭ minor

Staccato dots in A

Dots & accents in FE (→EE)

Accents in GE1 (→GE2)

L.H. accent in GE3 (→GE4)

..

Leaving the staccato dots in FE (→EE) is, according to us, a result of an inaccurately performed proofreading, whose aim was – same as in analogous bar 25 – to replace dots with accents. The dots were not included in GE, probably after comparison with bar 25. The absence of the accent in the R.H. is certainly an oversight of GE3 (→GE4).

b. 129-131

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

No sign in GC (→GE) & FE1 (→FE2EE1)

 in FE3 (→FE4) & EE2

..

Same as in bars 121-123, the  sign was added by Chopin in the proofreading of FE3 (→FE4). It was then repeated in EE2.

b. 129-131

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

..

Same as in bars 121-123, in GC in the part of the left hand only the top notes of the octaves are written (except for the last two in bar 131). The bottom ones were marked in an abbreviated manner with the help of the con 8va - - - indication.

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

..

We add cautionary flats before b-b1. The signs were added already in GE and EE2.

GC has no  before the 2nd quaver, which is most probably an oversight of the copyist. The mistake was corrected in GE. The remaining sources include the correct text.
