Shortening the  hairpin in the editions is most probably a result of an inaccuracy of the engraver of FE. The absence of the sign in EEC is undoubtedly a mistake.

The slur, inaccurately reproduced in EE1, was revised in EE2 (→EE3) by adding a second one, which makes the slurring resemble the one that the sources contain in bar 127.
