The bass line led with single notes is the original version, changed by Chopin in the proofreading of FE2 (→EE). The proofreading proves that the introduced in many later collective editions change of the 1st octave in bar 103 from F1−F to G1−G cannot correspond to Chopin's intention.

The absence of  in FE (→EE,GE1op,GE1no2) is certainly an oversight. The sign was added in later GE, placing its beginning 2 quavers earlier.
