Title: | Quatre Mazurkas || No 3. | Mazurka |
Dedication: | Monsieur le Comte de Perthuis |
Copy of the earliest impression of FE1 from the collection of Chopin's pupil Camille O'Méara-Dubois. Chopin's annotations were probably made in the years 1846-1848, since the copy was bought not earlier than 1846 (the cover bears a stamp of Brandus et Cie that was established in January 1846), and Miss O'Méara was Chopin's pupil until 1848. FED contains a fingering numeral written by Chopin in pencil in bar 36.
