b. 31-32

composition: Op. 28 No. 13, Prelude in F♯ major

d2 tied in A (→FCGE) & EE2

d2 repeated in FE (→EE1)

..

The absence of a tie to d2 is almost certainly a mistake by the engraver of FE (→EE1). The tie was added in EE2, presumably upon a comparison with GE1.

b. 32

composition: Op. 28 No. 13, Prelude in F♯ major

b1 in A (→FCGE, →FEEE)

a1 in FES

..

A comparison with analogous b. 16 reveals that the b1 note present in the manuscripts and editions is probably Chopin's lapsus calami – he wrote here a note that was supposed to be in the next chord (cf., the Ballades in G Minor, Op. 23, b. 193 and in F Major, Op. 38, b. 173). Due to the above reason, we consider the correction of that note in FES to a1 (definitely coming from Chopin) to be a correction of the mistake and include it in the main text.

b. 32

composition: Op. 28 No. 13, Prelude in F♯ major

b1 tied in A (→FE,FCGE) & EE2

b1 repeated in EE1

..

The absence of a tie to b1 is certainly an oversight by the engraver of EE1, corrected in EE2.

b. 33

composition: Op. 28 No. 13, Prelude in F♯ major

1 augmentation dot in A (→FEEE)

2 dots in FC

No dots in GE

..

In the main text we keep Chopin's original notation, in which it is only the e1 note that was provided with a dot, in spite of the fact that the entire chord was written on one stem. The copyist of FC added a dot also next to g1, which is a patent mistake and which was probably the reason both dots were removed in GE.

b. 33-35

composition: Op. 28 No. 13, Prelude in F♯ major

Pedalling above R.H. in A & FE2

Pedalling with no  in b. 35 in FC

Pedalling in GE

No markings in FE1

Pedalling below L.H. in EE

..

The pedalling in these bars, written by Chopin above the R.H. part (cf. Concerto in F minor op. 21, mvt. 1, b. 96), was omitted by the engraver of FE1 who perhaps was not sure where to place the markings. They were added in FE2 in accordance with the notation of A, however, EE moved them under the L.H. part.
The  sign in b. 35, overlooked in FC, was added in GE at the end of the first half of the bar.
