In A, the only pedal mark in bars 66-71 is at the beginning of bar 66. That notation is definitely incomplete, as the next point where the pedal marks appear is the beginning of bar 72 on a new page of the manuscript. In GE, an asterisk was placed at the end of bar 71, probably added as part of editorial revisions. In A, Chopin notated the extended values of d flat notes only in bar 68 (which was overlooked in GE1, and supplemented in #Wn2).
