from the 2nd semiquaver in A, FE (?) and EE

from the 1st semiquaver in GE (→FE ?)

In A, the progression of two- note chords beginning on a demisemiquaver g flat2-e flat3 was precisely divided by Chopin  into two motifs with slurs and dynamic hairpins. In GE that notation was distorted and as a result the moment of the division was shifted – against the melodic structure – to the beginning of the 2nd part of the bar. This erroneous notation was reproduced in FE, yet the beginning of  the sign  is so blurred that in EE (based on FE) the hairpins begin  – in line with A – under the 2nd semiquaver. It is difficult to decide whether the notation of FE results from the printing imperfection or from imperfect correction of the beginning of that sign.
