A does not have flats restoring a flat on the 3rd semiquaver of the 2nd half of the bar and a flat3 in the grace note before the 6th quaver of the bar. This is Chopin's obvious omission probably caused by the fact that in A the second part of the bar is written in a new line. In GE (→FE→EE) the mistake was corrected only partly, as 
was added before the grace note. The accidental before a flat was added in FEFr
