A short accent in A and EE

A long accent in GE

No accent in  FE

The accent in A is much shorter than the first sign in this bar. In GE both signs are almost identical - both have the form of short hairpins  and look like long accents. In FE the second sign was omitted, and EE has an ordinary accent instead. The consistency of the version of EE with the notation of A should be treated as a happy coincidence, as that edition definitely had no access to the manuscript.
