The missing accidental before the 2nd semiquaver is probably an oversight (of the engraver or of Chopin himself). It is indicated by the situation in bar 414 in which the necessary  before d​​​​​​​3 – unquestionable in that case – is also missing.

In FE (→EE1), there is no accidental before the 4th semiquaver, which results in d3 both on the 4th and the 6th semiquavers. Due to the C major key (A​​​​​​​ minor) valid from the middle of bar 412, it must be considered a mistake, probably repeated after [A]. The necessary  lowering d3 to d3 was added in GE and EE2 (→EE3).

The ​​​​​​​ hairpin for the L.H. was completely overlooked by the engraver of GE. In turn, the reviser of EE started it already at the beginning of the bar.

The lack of hairpin in EE1 is most probably an oversight. In EE2 (→EE3) a sign spanning the entire two bars was added – cf. note to bars 412-413.

The dashes marking the range of crescendo were omitted in GE, as in many other places in the Rondo. In EE, the indication – within the marked range – was divided into syllables what is a revision, typical of the English publisher.
