In spite of the clearly divided slurs of A (→FC), both FE and GE1 embrace these three bars with one slur. The later beginning of the slur in bar 31 in EE is the original version, not corrected by Chopin in the base text to this edition (the extension of the slur is visible in A and most probably in FC). category imprint: Differences between sources; Corrections & alterations issues: Inaccuracies in GE , Inaccuracies in FE , Corrections in A , GE revisions , Authentic corrections of FC , Tenuto slurs |

A slur starting from the minim c2 is a clear example of so-called tenuto-slurs, emphasizing the necessity of holding down the last note under the slur. Cf. e.g. Concerto in F minor, Op. 21, mvt. II, bar 84. category imprint: Source & stylistic information issues: Tenuto slurs |

It is hard to state whether in EE is an authentic indication. Anyways, in the remaining sources seems to be more adequate, if only due to analogy with bar 17. category imprint: Differences between sources |

The last dyad in the bottom voice seems to be a third in A, as the bottom note is written slightly too low. The visible in FE traces of correction prove that it actually misled the engraver and it must have been corrected in print. category imprint: Source & stylistic information issues: Inaccurate note pitch in A , Authentic corrections of FE |

In A (→FE) there are no flats before the bottom note of the 2nd quaver in the L.H. and top note of the 3rd chord in the R.H. The sign in the R.H. was added in FC (by the copyist or Chopin). GE and EE include the correct notation. category imprint: Interpretations within context; Differences between sources issues: EE revisions , Accidentals in different octaves , GE revisions , Inaccuracies in A |
