Our suggestion

..

Taking into account the double, compatible correction of Chopin in bars 12 and 60, we consider the version of the editions in this place to be non-authentic. The engraver of FE probably generalised the extension of quavers falling on the main beats of the bar, which could have been both a mistake and a revision.
