FE2 is the only edition undoubtedly corrected by Chopin. It overrides the vast majority of the errors of FE1, adds some of the accidentals and includes Chopin's corrections, such as deletion of the ties sustaining the B
1-B octave in the L.H. in bars 111-112, or the changed ending of the Ballade (bars 202-204).
