Octave in FE0 (→FE1,FED,EE)

The d1-d2 octave is the last semiquaver in FE0 (→FE1,FEG,EE). The comparison with analogous bars 231 and 247, as well as bar 99, proves that it is a mistake of FE0, overlooked at the time of proofreading. GE1 (→GE2→GE3) has the correct version, with the e1-d2 seventh.

It seems that the second half of the R.H. in this bar was not printed in FE0. It may be a consequence of earlier rhythmic errors (see the previous note). The photocopy of FEG we have at our disposal does not let us state clearly which elements of the score were printed. Chopin certainly added a beam combining two quavers with a semiquaver, a semiquaver rest and a beam for the last semiquaver. Taking into account the rhythmic synchronisation of the hands, in FE0 could already have a quaver on the 2nd beat (misprinted in this place or possibly inaccurately added by Chopin in FEG) and the last semiquaver.

In FE0 (→FE) there is no quaver rest. Chopin did not add this missing sign in FEG, despite this GE has the correct notation.

The f2 note on the 4th quaver in FE0 (→FE,GE) must be considered as the engraver's error (overlooked by Chopin): all analogous places have g2. EE has the correct version with g2.

In FE there is no  returning a on the penultimate quaver. Chopin overlooked this error also in FEG, yet in GE1 (→GE2→GE3) the correct revision was performed. The necessary sign is also in EE.
