d3 in FE (→GE)

e3 in EE & FEJ

..

In FE, the second quaver in the R.H. is inaccurately printed – the notehead is actually at the pitch of e3, yet it is missing the ledger line that crosses it, as a result of which it can be interpreted as a d3. The missing ledger line was added in FEJ; EE also contain the correct version with e3.

b. 454-462

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

There is no  restoring gon the 3rd beat of bars 454 and 462 in A (→GEFE). The patent mistake was corrected only in EE.

b. 469

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt III

..

In FE (→GE1GE2), the second note in the L.H. is a crotchet, as a result of which the bar contains 5 quavers. The mistake, resulting from an inaccurate proofreading (the note was being changed from b to f1, so the engraver might have erroneously printed here the next bar), was corrected in EE and GE3.

b. 482-484

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt I

..

In FE, there are no accidentals before the 7th semiquaver in the L.H. in bar 482 and the penultimate semiquaver in the R.H. in bars 483 and 484. Therefore, those notes should be interpreted as f and f1, which would interfere with the regularity of the figuration, undoubtedly intended here by Chopin. The first two oversights were corrected in GE and in EE2 (→EE3), probably on the basis thereof. The mistake in bar 484 remained uncorrected in all editions.
