It seems to be likely that the missing accents in the L.H. are Chopin's inadvertence – cf. accents in the previous bar.

In the sources, a cautionary  was repeated before the 2nd grace note in bar 186, which, according to us, is not necessary. In bar 190 in FE (→EE), there are no naturals before any of the grace notes, which the engraver of GE considered to be an inaccuracy requiring an intervention. In the main text, we suggest naturals before the first grace note in each of these bars.

We add a cautionary  before B​​​​​​​ in the main text. The accidental is present also in GE and EE3 (it must have been added due to the introduction of B on the last crotchet in the previous bar).

In FE (→EE), the only accidental before the 1st chord of the 2nd half of the bar is a  before a, unnecessary in this context. In GE1 (→GE2), the accidental was moved to before f; however, a  lowering c​​​​​​​1 to c1 was not added. The latter was introduced only just in GE3.
