composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt II

Slurs in GC (→GE) & EE2

No slurs in FE (→EE1)

..

The slurs, in bars 66 and 68 added in GC most probably by Chopin, due to the abbreviated notation of the recapitulation, are valid also here, in bars 254 and 256. Same as there, there were reproduced in GE, from which they were adopted in EE2.

b. 254-255

composition: Op. 19, Bolero

..

GE has cautionary  next to gin bars 254 and 255. These superfluous signs were also in FE, yet they were removed, most probably in the last proofreading. In EE3, the reviser added both signs, perhaps by comparison with GE.

b. 254-256

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

..

In A (→GE1FE) there are no flats lowering g2 to gin bars 254 and 256. This patent inaccuracy was partially corrected in EE1 (→EE2), by adding a  in bar 256. The correct text is only in GE2 and EE3.

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt I

Slur in FE (→EE)

No slur in GE

..

The missing slur in GE is most probably an oversight, although the addition of the mark in the last proofreading of FE (→EE) cannot be entirely ruled out.
