b. 100-101

composition: Op. 22, Andante spianato

Slur to end of bar 100 in FE (→GE,EE)

Slur to bar 101 suggested by the editors

..

According to us, there is a strong likelihood that the ending of the slur was inaccurately reproduced in the sources. Therefore, in the main text we prolong the slur after the analogous place in b. 56-57, in which the slur also encompasses the fifth that melodically and harmonically closes the figuration of the previous bars.

b. 100

composition: Op. 50 No. 2, Mazurka in A♭ major

No pedalling in A1 (→FEEE)

Pedalling in GE

Our variant suggestion

..

Just like in b. 25, in the main text we give the pedalling of GE, perhaps written in haste, in a variant form only.

b. 100

composition: Op. 50 No. 2, Mazurka in A♭ major

..

Just like in b. 25, in the main text we include the cautionary  before e1 featured in GE and added in the first stage of proofreading of FE (→EE).

b. 100-101

composition: Op. 50 No. 3, Mazurka in C♯ minor

Slur to b in AF (→FEEE)

Slur to c1 in GE

..

The shorter slur of GE is an inaccuracy, probably related to the transfer of b in b. 101 to the top stave.
This section of AI (like almost the entire Mazurka) is devoid of all performance indications except for the R.H. slurs.

in GE1

suggested by the editors (AF in bars 8-9)

..

A comparison with other sources, as well as with the notation of both autographs in analogous b. 8-9, suggests that the  hairpin is too long here in AF. Due to this reason, in the main text we suggest the notation used in an analogous place the first time, which is substantially consistent with the notation of GE1.
