Like in b. 23-24 and analogous, in the main text we follow FE, proofread by Chopin, hence we add d in the L.H. on the 1st and 3rd beats of b. 282 and on the 1st beat of b. 283 as well as d2 and d on the first semiquaver of the triplet in b. 283.

Like in b. 58-59, in FE1 there is not a single  raising g to g (in various octaves). The mistake was corrected in FE2 and EE.

In GE and FE1 there is no accidental to the bottom note of the L.H. chord on the 3rd beat of the bar (d). FE2 and EE added a , which we include in the main text. This and other additions were also introduced in b. 296-297.

In GE and FE1 there are no accidentals to the d notes (in various octaves) on the 3rd beat of both bars. The remaining editions added the following naturals:

  • FE2 to the bottom note of the L.H. chord in b. 296 (d) and to d2 in both bars;
  • EE1 to d and d2 in b. 296;
  • EE2 also to d1 and d2 in b. 297.

In the main text we include only the L.H. accidentals.

Like in b. 274, the majority of the sources lack the  restoring g2 in the last octave in the bar. The mistake was corrected only in EE2 (→EE3) by adding sharps next to both notes of that octave. In the main text we add only the necessary  next to g2.
