In FC3 (→FEIE) and EE bars 59-67 fall under one slur. Based on GE we present the version with a breath in b.63. In A slurring in this bar is illegible due to the partly burnt manuscript, however, it may be assumed with some certainty that here Chopin did exactly what he did in b. 55.

The GE4# version was most probably introduced in order to avoid the difference with the analogous bars 52, 56 and 60, which feature eas the fifth L.H. quaver. This version may be regarded as a permissible variant – although this kind of differences in similar passages do occur in Chopin's works but a composer's mistake cannot be completely excluded.
