In IE and A there is no accent on the first beat of the bar. In IE it may have been omitted but in A this part is illegible due to the charred manuscript, so we cannot be certain whether Chopin notated an accent here or not. We can assume however that in A the accent was notated as it can be found in all the remaining sources.
