The notation of accents on the LH chords is inconsistent in all the sources. In A the first few accents (in bars 164-166) are marked as short, the majority however (beginning with b.167) are unquestionably long ones and yet FC3 (→FE→IE) as well as GE and EE provide short accents only. In b. 169 of A there is no accent above the second chord, which was corrected in all other sources. A consistent musical context may result in an assumption that all those differences are but mere omissions, which leads to the version proposed for the main text. In FE (→IE) accents are marked in RH, which must have resulted from incorrect notation of FC3 (cf. notation of A, especially in bars 172-175).
